Mr. Mallory is the President of Mallory Law Group in Jupiter, Florida. The firm practices primarily in the areas of Commercial Litigation, Construction and Land Development Litigation, and Corporate/Business Law and Transactions. Additionally, the firm provides services in Personal Injury, Professional Malpractice, and Family Law.
Mr. Mallory is admitted to The Florida Bar, the Colorado Bar, the United States Supreme Court, the U.S. Courts of Appeal for the Tenth and Eleventh Circuits, the United States District Courts in the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Florida and the United States District Court, District of Colorado. He currently serves as Special Magistrate for Code Enforcement, Animal Control, and Zoning Appeals in Palm Beach County, Florida.
Prior to his admission as a lawyer, Mr. Mallory had a long history in the construction and land development industry. Starting as a construction laborer in high school, he later became a carpenter and crew leader. He was the owner of M-Square Framing Company, a drywall/interior construction company, in Vero Beach in the early 1980's. Since then, he has been a Project Manager for the Hoffman Group of Chicago, and for Arthur Rutenberg Homes, and was Vice-President of Jennings Construction and Development in Miami-Dade County. He has been a Florida Certified General Contractor since 1984 and has held a Florida Real Estate Sales License since 1979.
On December 27, 1979 Mr. Mallory was arrested in St. Lucie County, FL by a FDLE-led multi-jurisdictional task force for his involvement in drug trafficking. He was charged with trafficking cocaine, possession of cocaine, and conspiracy to traffic cocaine. At his arrest, more than 10 pounds of cocaine were seized, and for many years, the case was referred to as the “biggest bust’ in St. Lucie County. In June 1982, Mr. Mallory pled guilty to the conspiracy charge and was sentenced to ten years. Mr. Mallory was paroled in 1983, and was subject to parole supervision for two years. In 1985, his civil rights were restored.
In 1988, the Governor and Cabinet restored Mr. Mallory’s right own, use and possess firearms, and in 1993, granted Mr. Mallory a full pardon. Mr. Mallory’s court file was sealed in 1995.
Since his arrest, Mr. Mallory has been actively involved with various charitable and professional organizations, including the churches of which has been a member, Place of Hope, Boy Scouts of America, the Jupiter-Tequesta Chamber of Commerce, and has been active in service to The Florida Bar, the Palm Beach County Bar Association, and the North Palm Beach County Bar Association.
